FUR-032 Adrian Pearsall-Inspired "Crescent" Grasshopper Lounge Chair & Ottoman — Model 745-LB | Hair-on-Hide & Cherry | Spatial Art-Works
Inspired by Adrian Pearsall's iconic Crescent Grasshopper lounge — one of the rarest and most recognized silhouettes of the American Mid-Century Modern movement — this Model 745-LB is a masterfully re-engineered interpretation handcrafted by Spatial Art-Works of Canton, Connecticut.
The piece features Pearsall's characteristic undulating curved seat cradled by organic-looking natural cherry legs that arc and splay like a grasshopper in mid-leap. Reupholstered in sumptuous natural hair-on-hide, this example carries the organic, ranch-modern character of the finest MCM interiors. The matching ottoman (Model 748-FS) is included and equally finished — making this a complete, display-ready set.
Clean lines, natural materials, and timeless sophistication — this is Mid-Century Modern at its most compelling.
