A clean and functional mid-century modern Danish pendant ceiling light by Lyskaer — a two-tier aluminum shade design in the best tradition of Scandinavian industrial lighting. 19" diameter × 12" H, with approximately 6-foot cord.

Lyskaer Belysning was a Danish lighting manufacturer producing functional, well-designed pendant lamps for the commercial and domestic market from the postwar period onward. Their aluminum pendant designs share the same formal language as more celebrated Danish lighting — the tiered shade, the angled aluminum construction, the emphasis on directing and diffusing light efficiently — and represent an accessible entry point into authentic Danish MCM lighting.

The two-tier configuration is particularly effective: the upper tier provides ambient uplighting while the lower directs light downward, creating a balanced, warm illumination ideal over a dining table, kitchen island, or work surface.
